According to official news, from October 13 to October 20, Circle issued a total of USD 2.2 billion USDC, redeemed USD 3.8 billion USDC, and the circulation decreased by about USD 1.7 billion.As of October 20, the total circulation of USDC was $44 billion, and the reserves were $44.2 billion, including $8.5 billion in cash and $35.7 billion in short-term US Treasuries.
